Wonder if he has the ability to actually create some rock or country music himself. His covers are all good enough, you would think so, but writing it all is not that easy.

All the sudden, after what I saw he did early on in the pandemic with the Nirvana songs, this guy is a real talent. I can't judge this book by it's cover for sure.

I didn't become a Post fan until Beerbongs & Bentleys, but now own all his albums. He makes some catchy ass music. That being said, given his influences, and his talent, I think he is uniquely positioned to possible make something really special. Right now he seems focused on the pop rap money train, and hell why not, he makes great singles, but I hope he takes the time to jump off the pop rap train and formulate something special.

Post Malone is thoroughly unique. I thought I had him pretty slated after "White Iverson" and kind of wrote him off entirely after "Rockstar" released, if I'm being honest. I wasn't really a fan of the space rap or cloud rap, whatever you want to call it (though I did and still do like the A$AP Rocky mixtape).

Anyway, I don't think I came around on him until "Sunflower" off the Spiderverse soundtrack. After that, I looked at his music a little differently, went back and actually listened to more of his stuff and found that I like quite a bit of it. Then the Nirvana concert blew my mind entirely.

He's insanely talented, that's for sure. Not going to claim to be a massive fan at this point, but he's pretty solid.

I would argue that movie has a perfect soundtrack.

Really is an outstanding movie and a cool concept. Really look forward to another one, at least I hope there is another one.
