My jaw dropped watching this!!!

Just saw this drop and honestly, I had no idea who Shang-Chi was and why this film was being made in the MCU. But in typical Marvel fashion (see also Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, etc), this trailer looks freaking awesome!!

Shang-Chi is set to release September 3, 2021

Looks awesome to me too. Love me some old school (and new) kung-fu flicks and it'll be cool to see how they tie it in with existing Marvel properties... assuming we'll see how this Ten Rings was somehow financing the Ten Rings/fake Mandarin in IM3.

looks fun! will this be linked up with Dr Strange at some point, what with the eastern mysticism connection?

i didn't know what awkwafina looked like, but i was like, the lady driving the bus sounds like the dragon from Raya.

Yup, but GotG probably looked the same to me since I had/have literally no clue about any of the characters.

It's a teaser, and teasers suck by default, but I thought this looked pretty kickass. Fight choreography looks strong. It also looks to be a pretty sweeping tale, seemingly with a flashback to ancient China and with plenty of the Mandarin.

Not bad for a street-level hero with no powers. That's something that always irked me about the Netflix shows (and their budgets). Street-level doesn't mean all your scenes need to be in a hallway!

I'm totally in. At this point given the MCU's track record, even if you do not like the teaser you have to give this a chance as so far they are killing it right now. I expect nothing different here.

New trailer dropped.

This is looking increasingly interesting to me from a character I've never heard of, to very much looking forward to this on September. SEPTEMBER!!! It's a busy year for Marvel for sure.
