Yeah he was pretty great, but the movie is definitely not for everyone
I think when he was younger he'd be a great choice. Maybe a little too old now for the role, and I always pictured Carnage as someone like Brad Pitt's character from 12 Monkeys. But maybe he's a little saner than that? I'm not an expert on Carnage. I played the video game and actually read Maximum Carnage when I was a kid, but don't really remember it, other than I remember thinking I shouldn't be reading this.

Big Tom Hardy fan but this trailer is meh.
1) Woody's wig is less crappy than the post credit scene from the first movie. That's a plus

I enjoyed the first one and I'll probably enjoy this one too. Venom was one of my favorites as a kid, and it'll be cool to see Carnage. An R Rated Carnage origin story would have been interesting.
i liked the first one, despite it having many problems. this one looks to be of a similar vein so, i'll probably like it as well.

For real though, some of the best story telling, acting, location scouting, cinematography I have ever seen.
I remember going into it expecting something completely different and having a "wtf?" attitude during the first episode, but I was then hooked shortly after.
Everyone here dogs on TD Season 2, but I actually enjoyed it. It is not even in the same realm as Season 1, but if Season 1 had never set the bar so high, I think people would admit that Season 2 was at least better than 95% of other shows on television.
Now I can't not hear Cookie Monster when I watch the trailer.

I hate Venom's voice so much
I have no desire to watch this still after the first one and the trailers. The venom voice and alter ego are just so dumb to me. A lot of other bad stuff but this is just so over the top bad, and I like a lot of bad things.
Sony is so terrible
Are Venom and Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors related? They sound like brothers.
