I got assigned Howard's End to do my senior English thesis on. I dutifully Sat down to read the book and fell asleep within a few pages. Did the same thing the next several nights. Finally tried to read it on a Saturday afternoon. Same result. Same thing the next day. Seeing a clear trend I rented the movie which had been recently released. Again, snoozearama.

Ended up writing a 10 page paper based on what I could figure out from reading literary criticisms.

I also have never seen more than the first 20 minutes or so of Last of the Mohicans. That was our go-to "Come home from the bar and put a movie on" movie for a while and I would always promptly fall asleep.

The Handmaids Tell on Hulu is fantastic and it seems it was made just for the purpose od sleep

I honestly can't remember which is which. Were they both Brad Pitt?

Also, Wyatt Earp was very boring compared to Tombstone.

Not a movie, but one of the best shows to fall asleep to is "Aerial America" on the Smithsonian Channel. Thank me later.

Both Brad Pitt set in Montana. River is the fly fishing movie (that I was going to name as well even though I really like it). Legends is a little more of a romance where Pitt is a bootlegger.

Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. Fell asleep in the theater and to my recollection I've never made it through this movie without dosing off at least once
