Ian Moore is fantastic. This is on Ian Moore's Got The Green Grass which also has an amazing cover of Many Rivers To Cross.

Fun fact, my uncle did the cover art for this compilation album (not their best album cover though).

Many years ago I had the opportunity to buy an original first estate butcher cover album for $1000. I was was fresh out of school and couldn't afford it at the time. Its probably worth about $5K-$10K now.
