I will learn from my last mistake and hold my opinion for now anybody listening to CLB? What do y'all think?

It's vanilla and boring, and pretty in line with most of Drake's music. Decent R&B if you're into that, which I am not

Agree with this. Every song I heard has been decent, but no mega hits like previous albums. Overall a decent album, but not great. Very few songs that have replay value.

Agree with both takes. I'd say it's his worst album by far. It's the first album of his that had songs on it I have to skip. Pretty disappointing album overall.

Totally agree, theres something missing from the album. Theres no real HUGE hits besides the Way 2 sexy song.

Also, I think its way too long at 21 songs. Normally I wouldnt complain about too many songs on an album, but its obvious some of these were throwaways. Would have been better at 13-14 songs and cut the rest of the mediocre songs.

I read this review from the atlantic and the below part was spot on. Not a lot of replay value for most of the songs, but they are all decent as well.

"Two days into listening, nothing has me hitting repeat 72 times like "Nonstop" or "Controlla" did, but I also don't hear many flagrant misses."

It pains me to hear that you think the biggest hit is Way 2 Sexy I know he's put the video out and all for it, but it's soooooo bad. That is one of the songs I have to skip. I love Pluto and Thug but that song is just so damn bad. In my opinion like Champagne Poetry and The Remorse are Drizzy in his best form. Just BARS. Then TSU is the R&B H-Town drake we all love. But so many damn misses

I disagree, I've played Papi's Home about 100 times the last two days

Sierra canyon parking lot looking like magic city parking lot. It's probably my favorite off the album hahaha

There's no obvious single here which is very strange for a Drake album. It might be the best rapping he's ever done in his career, but there's no dominate-the-summer-barbecues-and-pool-parties song here. Way 2 Sexy definitely ain't it.

Yea I hear you but champagne poetry and remorse probably arent going to be huge hits on the radio. That was my point, there arent really any songs on the album that are going to turn into a huge smash hit.

Honestly I dont mind Way 2 Sexy lol. It grew on me after a few times. Knife Talk is probably my favorite song on the album. I like the old 36 mafia vibe to it.

Agreed. Theres no Started from the bottom, One Dance, Hotline Bling, All me, Nonstop, Nice for what, in my feelings etc. on this album.

The song with Kid Cudi has some hit potential. Solid song.

yeah I see your point. I think Papi's Home has the best chance to be a hit but know it won't cause it's not a radio song (no chorus, hook). But other than that I just don't think there's a "God's Plan" on here. And I don't think it's close
