I never post in this forum, and I never heard of this young man, but he has over a million followers.

In any event, I found these reports rather odd. I mean no disrespect to him or family, but all day the news has been "reportedly" that he died in a car accident Sunday in San Antonio. His sister reportedly confirmed this and there is a Go Fund Me for funeral expenses.

There is no report of the fatal accident in San Antonio media and local police say they have no infirmation on the same.

It would seem there would be more details by now, and official confirmation from family and authorities.

Anyway, wondering if any here have any insight into the situation.

He's not in the ME's database yet, and the Sun article quotes an SPD PIO saying they don't have anyone by that name listed as dying in a crash (could have been in the county though). WOAI claims "family and friends" created a go fund me, but they provide no proof that the creators are related to him.

Can't say I'd know the kid from any other Marbach haircut, though.

The only thing that makes it seem real is that he hasn't come out and refuted it. At the same time, he could be in on the scam if there is one.
But if he is dead, that sucks - I hate the whole idea of social influencers and that people make money off that garbage is beyond dumb to me. But no one should die at 19, that's awful if true.

They justifying the $30k for additional 'Memorial Services'? I hate to ask those that have been a part of one recently, but I thought funerals got up to $15k at most.

I read one report that said he led police on a chase, but haven't confirmed it.
