Kid wanted to watch it for his birthday. Was supposed to stream on Prime starting today but can't find it or anything about delayed release. What am I missing?

I've tried looking for it too, and no luck. No word directly from Amazon, either, only from Sony saying they sold the rights the them. Weird

Well, that's exactly what we are watching.

From what I read, it was supposed to be released in theaters today but Sony pulled it. They are in negotiations with Amazon, so it sounds like it's in limbo.

Any new info here? The little one wants to see this but I can't find much news at all.

I think they were planning on taking a lump sum from Amazon and being done with it. But with the resurgence in the box office starting with Shang Chi and now Venom and Addams Family 2 opening huge, they may be rethinking this strategy and hopefully send it to theaters.

I mean, if Addams Family 2 can open with $17.4 million the same weekend Venom 2 breaks October records, surely the 4th film in a big family franchise can do better than whatever Amazon is offering...
