I watched Cosmic Sin on the airplane home from the Bama game. I finished a book and thought I had another in my laptop bag but had left it on my desk at work. The guy who wrote Cosmic Sin also wrote Breach/Anti-Life and it was originally going to be a sequel but there was a rights issue. The guy who wrote it is a ****ing idiot.

So can I ask what the business model is for these types of movies? Not getting into theaters, even on Amazon seems like they would be a niche product. If there are several days of filming with Mr Bruce and that it's by far the biggest expense...still are going to get $10-$15MM budget????

Not specifically on this movie or even your movies...always wondered how direct to video made money?

Our budget was $6.4MM. We had a distribution deal with Saban for domestic and Screen Media for foreign. I don't know what their sales strategy is. But it was pretty big on Amazon, was on all the airline's in flight movies and might still be in a few Red Boxes. Bruce still sells, even if he is phoning it in.

Yes. The distributor I was going to go through shot it down since they had a movie coming out called Shark Lake that had the same actress I was going to use in it.
