Yes. It took me about five episodes to get used to the weirdness of the show, and after that it was hilarious and I was hooked.

Biggest barrier to me was Ricks burping in the first couple of episodes. You get past it and it's one of the best cartoons out there for the first 3 seasons. Last couple have been good, just not the same level IMO.

It takes 2-4 episodes to find its stride and then it's a freaking work of art through the end of season 3.

Seasons 4-5 are a noticeable step down unfortunately: some of the episodes are pretty meh, and the peaks in the good ones aren't quite as high. Far from bad, but not up to the standard of the first 3 seasons.
