Thought this might be interesting.
I went down one of the million rabbit holes I seemingly go down daily, and discovered that Olivia Newton John's grandfather won the Nobel prize for physics, he was one of the early people in quantum mechanics. And then her dad worked for MI5 in WW2, and is supposedly the guy that arrested Rudolph Hess when he made it to Great Britain. And her sister was married to Jeff Conway as well. Plus she had a boyfriend go missing and was never found. Many think he faked his death.

So that is a lot for one person, it I'm sure there's lots of other good stories out there.

I'm guessing there were lotsa internal discussions within this company about which was more important importing or exporting. Lotsa shipping companies wanna only focus on the importing but don't understand the exporting is just as important.

Thread police here but I don't think a celeb having celeb parents is really what the OP intended. First off, that's not really a weird or interesting connection. Second, I think most of them are pretty well known…certainly in Radhida Jones's case.

On the Season 9 bonus materials DVD for Seinfeld, there is a portion where they ask some if the cast members whether they were ready to end the show.

Jerry was ready. He had been starring in season and writing in the off-season to get ready for the next season. Many other cast members seem to think the show could have kept going.

Julia Louis Dreyfus made some comment about "it would have really benefited us financially to keep going…"

Good grief. Besides the large per-episode salary the four main cast members were getting the last few seasons, her family is freaking loaded. She wasn't born with a silver spoon. She was born with a diamond-encrusted silver spoon.

While I agree, she wasn't just talking about herself. She was including Jason Alexander and Michael Richards. Plus, there's nothing wrong with someone wanting to maximize their value.

Eddie Fisher.

The father of Norah Jones is Ravi Shankar, legendary sitarist and somewhat of a guru of sorts, who influenced The Beatles in their later years as a group.

He may have influenced a few other 60's stars as well (maybe Donavan was with The Beatles when they traveled to see Shankar in India). Ravi must have had the good drugs.
