Louie told a story how was a struggling comic & was eating at a restaurant when Eddie Murphy & Entourage happened to walk in. He gave the manager his credit card info & told him to pay for Eddie's bill with it, whatever it was. He then left without even meeting Murphy. Charge was over $600.00 which was more than a week's pay for Louie.

A few days later, Eddie tracked him down & in appreciation gave him the role of the token white dude in "Coming to America".

I watched it probably a dozen times as a kid. I still think of it every time I tell my wife, "Woman, cook my supper."

Saw him in Vegas about 5 years ago or so. Very funny. Had a little q&a session with the audience afterwards. Very down to earth and genuine guy. I remember watching his cartoon about his family when I was a kid.
