Loved the Screaming Trees. One of the few bands that every album is just good all the way through. Was also a big fan of the albums he did with Greg Dulli as well as his solo stuff.

Highly recommend his autobiography "Sing Backwards and Weep". Dude was a bad mofo and a troubled soul.

his solo album bubblegum was a great album. I also loved the screaming trees, i liked them more than Pearl Jam and Nirvana

Big fan as well. More into his solo stuff and loved his stuff with Layne in Mad Season. Long Gone Days is a classic. RIP Mark.

Hadn't seen the one from the Washington Post, that was really good. Rolling Stone had a really good interview with him in the last year or two (maybe right around when Sing Backwards and Weep came out?) but I haven't seen it not behind a paywall recently.
