I have actually read a great deal on Roswell, I will just say it's not coincidence that this "incident" happened next to White Sands.

Yes, regarding location, specifically the 1st atomic bomb test site (Trinity) is located at the upper end of the White Sands test range. That first test occurred in July of 1945, resulting in the development of the 2 bombs dropped on Japan shortly after that. At the time, the 509th stationed at Roswell, was the only existing atomic weapon fitted group in the world. The planes that dropped the bombs had their homes there.

Some believe the explosions sent out a memo of sorts.

I seriously doubt if the debris recovered had been anything other than an off-world vehicle, the numerous witness testimonies, gov efforts to conceal, media clamp down etc. would never have occurred. Many eye-witnesses were exactly that. I think if anyone is truly, honestly, wanting to know more about this event, this series will prove helpful IMO.

The original Trinity site blast was reported to have been an ammunition site explosion as a cover for what really happened.

Our gov has been playing a telephone game since at least 1947. They now have the butts in a crack and are scrambling as to how to get the truth out. Addressing the on going cover-up is the last thing they want to do.
