Series finale was tonight. Anyone else stick with it/finish? I initially questioned having such dislikable lead characters, but man, it sure was satisfying watching them crash and burn these past couple episodes. The finale, especially was really well done.

That was kinda good. Not great, but good and has stayed with me this whole week (finished it Sunday).

The dialogue was written very well - the nailed the way an Israeli talks and would say things. And Leto nails the accent about 85% of the time and does a great portrayal beyond that. And beyond that, technically this was a well made show.

I expected more on his embezzlement, or whatever to call how he used the company to personally enrich himself in weird ways (like selling the We trademark, selling property to the company, etc). But, I did like how they portrayed the narcissism, megalomania, hypocrisy, and general disconnect at that level from everyone involved (not just the Neumann's).

Also, is it me or was WeGrow kinda neat? I kept thinking, cost aside, I'd be down for sending my kid there before elementary school.

I stalled early, mainly because my wife wasn't interested "I know what happens after seeing the documentary."

Glad I circled back in my personal watch time.

I've known Leto for years but had never watched anything he's in that I could recall other than Fight Club. I knew about The Mars Volta but couldn't tell you what they sounded like.

All of that to say, I thought he was very entertaining as Neumann.

Also, was Rebeka really that loony? I loved watching her ridiculous moonbat self-absorbed BS world crater. Old man yelling at clouds, but I loathe narcissistic pseudo enlightened word salad buffoons like her portrayal.

Having watched a documentary a while ago on WeWork, she was the epitome of my perception of them at the time.
