Predators with Adrian Brody. The trailer, if you recall, had a scene presumably after Brody wins, where he has a dozen red sights on him. The rumor was after he won those predators would decloak, one tosses him a reward, and says something like "damn good job, son" and its Dutch.

IIRC, the AvP comic books from the 90s included humans that integrated into Predator culture.

To have that ending though the whole tunnel and final boat scene go away. That's a lot to lose from the movie.

That was one of the best "cut" scenes, or alternate endings, I've ever seen. I think they should have gone with this ending, it's much better.

Also, I love how Simon is cool and doesn't stutter until he can't answer the last question and says "ah ah antidote to the brandy."

From what I've read that alt ending is on a special edition DVD released in 2001. Yesterday was also the first time I've seen it, saw it on youtube while looking for something else.

What's also great about it is it still manages to tie in the pain killer bottle as the giveaway but allows John to turn the tables using the Simon Says gimmick established earlier.

The only downside is they didn't include Samuel L Jackson but overall I think this ending works better.
