A group of individuals were perusing through The Mugdown, The Onion, and other "satire" sites. They found that satire just isn't funny anymore bc everyone wants to be politically correct and not offend anybody. That was until the Babylon Bee came into popularity from their founding in 2016. Now this group of individuals had a dream to bring the Babylon Bee to A&M and founded THE BABYLON AG ! A satire site for Aggies all around the world. They even partnered w The Babylon Bear at Baylor. The team is growing and the site is becoming more and more popular!

The Babylon Ag is a subsidiary of The Babylon Bee, but at A&M. SEE THEM HERE

Pre-Sale to Seth Dylon Babylon Bee (2016-2018): funny Christian oriented satire site that routinely punched above it's weight with witty observations about issues internal to the faith. Generally viewed as a great work both inside and outside the faith.

Post Sale to Seth Dylon (2018- ) low brow "herrr derrr libs/Biden are stoopid". Loved by the maga crowd, ignored by everyone else.

A satire site that makes fun of the view of Texas A&M from inside would be great. A website that is nothing but YCT publicly stunts in meme format would be terrible.

Currently on hold/in limbo at the moment. That said, we're working with the author on a new project, one I'm super excited about, and once we finally find a home for it, hopefully this summer, it sounds like we might shift our focus back to TFT. The screenwriter we originally had to adapt it f/cked us over royally with the script he delivered - a crazy story I'll tell one of these days - and unfortunately that just killed all momentum.

Babylon Bee is no different than the next satire. They've gotten really creative over the years. If people don't like it, they don't have to follow it.

So ignored that Twitter felt so threatened by them that they took the action to ban them from their platform less than a month ago for naming a man posing as a woman their "Man of the Year". Good point.
