To be fair, it seems Sudeikis has been in London as well for extended periods, filming Ted Lasso. But who knows if their schedules lined up or whatever. I don't want to jump to conclusions. There's speculation that Wilde is spending what free time she has with Styles, and that between her work and him, the kids aren't getting enough attention. Then again, Sudeikis also has a girlfriend and is working on his own thing too (Ted Lasso), so this all could just be to nail down a more concrete schedule or something. I don't know if that would require serving someone custody papers, though. I have no idea how any of that works.

Yeah the times I've had people served, my lawyer compared the documents gave them to the process server, who then went and serve the papers when he felt it would be easiest for him.

Also not that I've ever gone through it, but after watching what cat was friends male and female have gone through I don't pass any judgment on any divorce proceedings hearings fights custody battles property disputes anything else I know first time what is going on.

For the record, I worked with her once - spent an entire day with her - and she was super cool to me, at least. Very nice and down to earth. This was back in 2007, though, and who knows what's happened in the 15 years (!) since. 13 is the woman that's A-OK with abortions right up until 9 months right? She seems nice.
Based on how it appears, she probably will only fight this for appearance and her anger towards Jason. Not for the right reasons, wanting to be part of raising her kids and spending time with them.
