Saw the Who last night at the new Moody Center. Great show! Roger Daltrey and Pete Townsend still have it and played loud. A good part of the show they were accompanied by an orchestra - it worked really well, imho, especially with the parts of Tommy they played. The first chair violinist was bad ass and she rocked Baba O'Riley.

The acoustics in the Moody Center are really good. Well layed out. The seats themselves suck. Very uncomfortable.

Saw them back in 2003 ish at the American Airlines Center. I was in the next to last row of the top deck on the far end from the stage, and they blew me away.

Fantastic show except for the part where a weird old lady scolded me for talking during the opener. While the lights were up. And the opener was the Pretenders. I just kinda looked at her sideways and said, "It's the Pretenders."

Glad The Who still have it

Saw them in Jacksonville this past weekend and they were great. First time seeing them and really enjoyed it.

Dammit! Why didn't you mention Los Lonely Boys was opening?! Had I known I'd have gotten here earlier. Only caught the last couple songs of their set but it was killer.
