Any Aggies aboard? So happy this event is BACK after what will be a 3 year hiatus. This will be my 10th sailing and first with "Lifer" status (survived 9 JamCruises).
For those that don't know, JamCruise is the most fantastic music festival at sea (lasts 6 days). Many claim the top spot, but barely a few of those people have any idea of what this event provides.
Mostly for the "jam" music lover. JC always provides staple funk bands that you can find at New Orleans Jazz Fest after parties (Galactic, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, The Meters' George Porter, Jr & Leo Nocentelli, etc). Then, JC adds various rock/funk/jam/blues/bluegrass headliners for the main events.
JC promotes 3+ theme nights and costumes are virtually mandatory; you do not have to pack any formal attire. Surely, there are some Aggies out here that JamCruise!?
Hope to link up for the 2023 sailing from Miami!
