Not by her specifically, but in a contract killing type of way.

I'm watching a documentary on Prime Video about it. Never heard this theory, but they have audio recordings of her dubbed in and it sounds plausible.

In any case it's well done.

If it were a contract killing (I highly doubt and this rumor ran rampant in the PNW within days) the hit man did a good job of getting him to stand still in the closet with a 12 gauge in his mouth.

She staged an intervention and got him to go to rehab right before his death. Not really the actions one would take if she wanted him dead.

Closet? Saw pics of the crime scene (just his arm showing) not too long ago and he wasn't in a closet. He was laid out in the middle of a room.

Knew a kid in junior high that was super on board with the conspiracy. Was convinced that Courtney had to have done it. Something about not being able to use a shot gun to shoot himself and he was on a lethal dose of heroin already.

A greenhouse to be exact.

There were a lot of inconsistencies and unusual circumstances around his death which caused even Love's own PI to think she did it. Ultimately though she was just one of many things that drove him to end his own life.

Courtney Love gets a lot of hate she doesn't deserve. She certainly has her own issues and is no saint, but Kurt's death was a suicide.
