I've recently discovered this fellow on You Tube. He plays the banjo and guitar (I don't think I've seen all his instruments yet), sings, and does both very well. But it's his balanced outlook and pleasant patter that, to me, really comes through and sets him apart. He just seems to create a pleasant atmosphere; the people at his small concerts seem to think so, too.
