Do any of you ever have any problems with Ticketmaster? I bought some tickets over a year ago to Elton John in San Antonio this October. Anyways, with a baby on the way my wife and I aren't gunna go so I went to go see about selling the tickets. There is no trace of the tickets. I've got a confirmation email from them but that's it, the link to the tickets doesn't take me to anything and they don't show up in my account.

I cannot find a number anywhere to call them directly and have emailed them twice now with no response. Anybody had problems like this?

blow them up on twitter/Instagram. I've found that's a good way to get a response.

I was thinking the same but they always show up on both for me. Guess there could be a hiccup

I can't say I've ever used any of the online stuff except for when I've gone to a Aggie FB game. So, is this live nation thing a whole other app I need to download?

Honestly, my next step is just going to the bank but I dunno if there's anything they can do for me for something I purchased over a year ago.
