Anyone watch Magnum P.I. on the various streaming channels?
Right now they are on Amazon and Freevee (sp).
One of my favorite shows growing up in the 80's. The red Ferrari, Hawaii, the girls, adventure...etc. It holds up pretty well...most of the girls are not as appealing as they were from back in the day.
It was also a unique way of handling a soldier coming back from war (Vietnam). It was not overly done but did point out some of the PTSD that could evolve from serving. I thought it was done really well now as an adult. As a kid, I did not get that effect.
The Robin Masters estate has been torn down(see YouTube) and looks like another large private residence is being built on the property. You can still make out the shore line and the lagoon area where TM would swim.
(No...I have never seen or have any interest in the reboot; never seen an episode).
