New Vegas is 100% worth the playthrough. It's very different from the other Fallout Games, but the storytelling and characters are fantastic.

I highly recommend jumping in for a while, before the show comes out. Season 1 was very much a standalone Fallout story in a familiar world, but with barely any tie-ins to the stories of the games. Based on this trailer, and these events taking place 15 years after the events of New Vegas, we are going to get a TON of fan-service in the best way.

The factions at play in New Vegas and their interactions are some of the best parts. I'm sure it will be good for those who never played it, but it's going to be a completely different experience for those of us who did play it.

Still waiting on a 3/NV Remaster combo.

We all know Bethesda just loooves to milk us for every version of a game possible and I hate that I fall for it every time. A Remastered NV/3 is a day one purchase for me.

As far as the show goes, super duper curious how closely they plan to match up with the games. The settings and factions, sure. But the actual storylines? We going to get any merging of those into the show maybe? The main BoS civil war has already happened by this time long ago but tensions are always brewing there. Mr House obviously is there but are we getting anywhere near the Courier timeline?

SO. MANY. QUESTIONS.

Cannot wait for this.

I've said it before, it it's worth saying again. We need to have a Danny Trejo-voiced Raul in season 2.

Everything I've read it says 15 years post New Vegas. Granted, it's a massive RPG with several endings and possibilities, so it will be interesting which ending they make canon.

I'm gonna avoid character names and such because, though it is its own story, I want to avoid potential spoilers for non-gamers. Keeping my thoughts to only what I see in the trailer.

To be honest, I am a much bigger fan of Fallout 1/2.

I played 3 when it came out, don't remember much.

Played NV and liked it. Haven't played 4 more than a few hours some years ago.

Loved Season 1.

The show is set after all the games? So we won't be seeing the Master?

We're less than two weeks out! I've been piddling a little bit in New Vegas and the trailers hit a lot of nostalgia points so well.

Also, this deserves to be shared here:

Rewatching the first episode, I'm shocked no one realized the 32's weren't from the vault. The tattoos and scars should have been a dead giveaway.
