Watched a few shows when they did this with Bonaroo. The production value was pretty solid, but they had a very disappointing selection of artists. The fact that they have Metallica here is already an improvement.

I don't even know who all of those headliners are and I'm recognizing maybe 20% of those opening acts. That includes artists that are 20+ years old... Wow.
