It's amazing how a bullet train in Japan has all westerners and no Japanese, other than the ticket guy and beverage lady. And the ticket guy magically disappeared in the second half of the movie. Even the "ssh" woman was a white lady.
Overall I enjoyed it, b it it felt like it took one or two gags and stretched them out several hours. Cool cameos though.
Was the ticket guy the lead from Heroes? I'm sure he was, dude doesn't age.

Yes, Masi Oka.

There's a sequence of scenes near the end where where they are playing a Japanese version of 'I Need a Hero'. I consider it a major fail that they did not manage to include him in that sequence somewhere.

made it through 70% of this

couldn't stomach once it devolved into total farce when they got to Kyoto

seemed like this was a total ripoff of "Kill Bill"

Did Ryan Reynolds make a cameo in this? It was a brief moment. Maybe I mis saw it.

Yes, he was the assassin who killed the wife of the white death.

Yeah I made it thirty minutes on this. That plot line bored me, the incessant back and forth a between the twins, the Mexican wedding scene.

It felt like the worst "Guy Ritchie" movie ever.
For what it's worth, this has been its own genre for a while now.

Also for what it's worth, the best Guy Ritchie movies are the worst "Quentin Tarantino" movie ever.

Anyways, I liked Bullet Train! A good, mindless, albeit stylish, action flick.

Kind of funny that Ryan Reynolds had a brief missable cameo in a Brad Pitt movie; and Brad Pitt made a missable cameo in Deadpool 2, a Ryan Reynolds film

Funny!

Agree with most posters on here...agree it's a lot of fun and the chemistry between the "twins" is terrific. I really liked Tangerine's performance and didn't realize he was the lead in Kickass.
aaron taylor johnson...he's kinda entering that zone where he's pretty awesome in everything he's in.

he'd be my sleeper pick to be the next james bond and i think he'd absolutely kill it

edit: oh, and i thought bullet train was a lot of fun too

He's apparently the front runner to be the next Bond.

Thought the movie was fun. Basically John wick with humor.

People seem to be hating on GR's recent movies here, but I really liked The Gentleman.

I liked the gentleman. Specifically Colin Farrells character.

Finally saw it, I would love a whole movie spinoff or prequal with Tangerine and Lemon.
