The other girls around the office don't like her because they think she's screwing the boss.
She is truly one-of-kind. Such an incredible ambassador for country music.
For being as open as she is about her faith and not an outspoken SJW like many legendary musicians, she is universally adored across the entertainment industry and an icon among the GLBT community.

She is just so genuinely, honestly gracious to everyone she publicly deals with, which is such a unique thing in today's culture. And as a Christian her philosophy seems to be "Love 'em all and let God sort it out" and it is a wonderful testament to who she is.
