Kindred spirit. Some times one goes to see a movie just to see crap get blown up, shot down, sunk, eaten, stomped on, or blown away in nuclear fire. The movies don't always have to make sense or adhere to known reality. When King Kong punches Godzilla in the face atop a cargo ship, that can't be anything but awesome. Or to use your example, when the moon is crashing into the earth or whatever it was doing in that movie (saw it once but don't recall all the details), you just know that is going to be a visual extravaganza.FL_Ag1998 said:$240 Worth of Pudding said:

A) I love any movie where its man vs lion. Case in point, The Ghost and the Darkness is freaking awesome.
B) you clearly don't have a son who enjoys watching movies with you that have mediocre writing but ridiculous action. Another case in point, my son and I went to see Moonfall in the theater because it looked so outrageously awesome. Its basically a midlife return to college days where you have some beers and go see stupid-fun movies with your friends
So, yes, I will absolutely be seeing this movie. Suspense. Action. African setting. Idris Elba vs a lion. What the hell else could you want?
