"Based on a true story", so you have really have no idea just how true.

I read the book and it was entertaining but hardly believable as was the movie. Actually, first part of the movie was awful but it did close well after the Tet Offensive.

YMMV.

Read the book a year or 2 ago, thought it was pretty good. Hoping they dont mess with the story too much and "Hollywood" it up and ruin it.
