I just finished (re)reading the most recent book in my favorite series, thus beginning (again) the wait for the next book. The downside to reading a series that the author is still writing (especially when you discover a series that already has several books, which you binge-read until you come to a crashing halt to await the next one.)
It occurred to me that there are there are a bunch of series that I'm waiting for the next book:
Michael Connelly - Bosch - next book due Nov 2022
Larry Correia - Monster Hunter International - TBD
Timothy Zahn/David Weber - Manticore Ascendant - TBD
Orson Scott Card - Second Formic War trilogy - TBD
Christopher G. Nutall - Ark Royal - TBD
Peter Nealen - Brannigan's Blackhearts - TBD
Andrew Wareham - War to End All Wars - TBD
Jeffrey H. Haskell - Grimm's War - Mar 2023
On the non-fiction side, waiting for Richard B. Frank's follow up to Tower of Skulls, but Frank's history shows about 10 years between books, so I'll probably be waiting on that one for a while.
