By default I think this wins due to the fact that he stole the whole damn movie and is the reason it's so memorable.

Sofia Coppola, nailed an infant being baptized in The Godfather. Without her the key scene of the whole movie falls flat.

This scene haunts me every time I see it. And the closing scene too. But CA, MF and MM are all just so good in this. And yeah, big spoiler if you haven't seen Gone Baby Gone.

Really wanted to put Will Ferrell from Wedding Crashers, but he's technically in 3 scenes. However, that was one of the cameos that truly had me rolling in laughter and is still one of the funniest moments in a comedy. "Ma! The meatloaf! ****!"

I don't know about BEST, but Christian Slater as a random security guy in that one Star Trek movie (Undiscovered Country?) was one of the most unexpected.

Really wanted to throw out Les Grossman, but isn't he sprinkled throughout the movie with more than just that one scene?

Admittedly I haven't seen Tropic Thunder in years.

Have you never seen or talked to someone no longer with us? Man, I saw my grandfather for months after he passed, and a friend as well who took his own life years ago. Really not trying to get into a TROS debate, but I would suspect that this scene resonated with a lot of people who lost someone before they got to day the things they wish they'd said.

I remember seeing that movie and some random guy yelling out what the ****, Christian slater? Really loud.
