I'm very excited about this series. Shantaram is one of my all time favorite books and I've been waiting to see when / if someone would make it into a movie or series. I'm glad they made it into a series--there is so much detail in the book that I think a movie wouldn't do it justice.

Ditto. One of the favorite books I've ever read. I'm excited to see it on screen.

I love a long read but after 350 pages I gave up on the book.

Got about 1/3rd of the way through it and nothing happened.

Great book. Not sure they can cover it in 10 episodes. Might have to sign up for a month, once it all drops and binge it.
