Didn't see another thread on this, so...

Watched this a couple days ago. Man, what a good movie that's flying under the radar it seems. Not an action movie, but it keeps you engaged more than you would think. One word I'd use to describe it is "smart". A perfect movie for Mark Rylance IMO. Give it a try - its on Prime.

Oh, and how many "tailor/seamstress" related movies does this make now? Seems there have been quite a few!

I couldn't quite put my finger on why I liked but didn't love it. But I think you just nailed it.

Thanks for the recommendation. I think we saw the trailer before Top Gun Maverick and thought it would be one to watch, but then forgot about it. We watched it yesterday and really enjoyed it.

just watched this. Mark Rylance is so good. agree it kind of loses steam. but, really quite impressive given this is essentially a stage show with one setting.
