Real TV -- kind of has a bootleg reboot in the form of "I Survived A Crime", but its mostly only "shocking real video" instead of just fascinating videos of all time. This would blow up in the culture where 90% of the Earth has a reliable video capture device.
Modern Marvels - I always loved this show and would love to see things like Space X Crew Dragon, Engineering for the Tesla Gigafactory (I've heard stories about how it was developed in a revolutionary way by creating the design AS construction was taking place, which is interesting).
How It's Made -- that show, no matter what the hell they are showing, is always fascinating to me, to see how seemingly boring consumer goods are designed, created, and fashioned by hardworking trade masters is always fascinating to me.
COPS/Live PD - maybe in the works?
Married With Children -- Reboot rumored, all-original cast, animated series -- interesting to see how this plays.
