Todd Chrisley got sentenced to 12 years in FPMITAP for $30 million in bank fraud and tax evasion related to his reality show earnings.

I knew they had some sort of fraud case going, but didn't know it was $30 million. His wife got sentenced to 7 years.

There are a lot of different federal prisons, and the low-flight risk white-collar guys don't typically go to the FPMITAP ones.

So with federal prison, is there "time off for good behavior" or will these two have to serve most of the 12 and 7 year sentences?

I believe you have to serve at least 90% of federal sentences. Sometimes they offer supervised release for the final 10% of the sentence. They abolished parole in 1987 for federal crimes.

Never watched the show but it is pretty obvious with this guy kinda like it was obvious with Jessica Simpson's dad.

I've seen a few episodes.

It's one of those shows where you follow the life of this super rich family. The only weird thing is most people can tell that the dad is gay in about 10 seconds but they pass him off as straight.
