Saw her and Lindsey on their tour together about 5 years ago. Always liked her singing and Lindsey's playing (if not his personality).

Ahh man. Loved her. her songs that she sang lead vocals on solo or with Lindsay were my favorites from Fleetwood Mac. Such a soft but distinct voice and a great songwriter who penned many if not most of the bands biggest hits.

I watched an interview with her on british TV I think and she took a long hiatus from about 2000 to 2014 from the band. I think she spent time restoring an old house or something like that.

Didn't realize she was in bad health but had heard she had some back problems and was standing to play keyboards/piano a lot and recently had developed maybe agoraphobia (sp!) so wasn't going out much.

I saw a Fleetwood Mac concert at Dallas' AAC 5 or 6 years ago... McVie was the only one of the original group not there. Believe it was due to her not wanting to/could not travel.

So disappointed she was not part of the tour then.

Just a purely gifted songwriter and singer, and a class act. Stayed out of most of the FM tabloid turmoil.

Great video and I know this is about Christine but... watching Mick play drums is just so fun, I don't think any drummer every had more fun playing drums than Mick. A joy to watch.

Great video - what awesome harmonies in a live performance. And the music is perfection too of course.

Read that she had developed agoraphobia so she struggled to even leave the house.

Hope that she has found the peace that seemed to have eluded her at the last. Like another poster stated, this one hurts...

Mick has a unique style, too. Maybe he plays behind the beat just a tad? I don't know.

Fleetwood Mac was truly a supergroup -- Christine's melodic songwriting and soothing voice, Mick's rhythm style, Lindsey's banjo-picking guitar riffs, Stevie's mysticalness. Somehow it all came together.
