I haven't owned a TV in 18 years but I am fond of decent movies and especially documentaries. Way back in the day, I used to have a Netflix subscription and I would have DVDs sent to the house. Loved it.

I haven't been much into series except for the Sopranos, so I'm probably looking for a place with great movies and documentaries.

I assume that having DVDs sent to your house is not going to happen, so I guess all that's left is having a streaming service or place to rent movies.

Netflix DVD still exists and is the only option for classics and harder to find stuff that hasn't been migrated to streaming. As for streaming, a lot depends on what shows you want. Some networks only stream their own content and it's not available on other services. You can try browsing the catalog of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime video, etc to see what has the content you like best.

If you're in the water I would suggest a waterproof watch.
