The Demon Spawn and I have been having fun playing board games lately

I thought about teaching him how to play 42.

So, should I invest in quality dominoes or are the cheap ones fine?


BTW

This is what the demon spawn does in the first few turns of Jenga. He removes all the bottom ones.

They're expensive, but you can buy a set from the Dixie Chicken on their online store. I bought mine about 15 years ago and they still look new.

Get a cheap set to start, and see if he even likes playing. If he does, then get a good set.

In my experience, it's not the dominoes that wear out, but the box they are in. If you get ones in a metal box, that solves the issue.
