Watching this now. I don't remember all of the after fame and popularity of Kai I just remember the "smash smash smaaasshhh!…" then again I had a 2 yo and didn't pay attention to social media much. The dude is certifiably nuts though.

I guess being stuck in the wilderness after the plane you're on crashes and the pilot dies puts a toll on a young man.

Watched this last night and its honestly pretty sad.

Everyone wanted a piece of this guy and no qualms with making money off him all the while no one stopped and said...Wait...Something's off. It was so obvious. Even this Jessup guy who comes off as this so well friend of his.

One big hole they never addressed is the link between the old lawyer and Kai. How and why did they cross paths? That part is all very fishy and they never touched base on it.

Entertaining and crazy story but all these media types are in part to blame for everything.

Yeah I was surprised they have no details about searching the old guys house for evidence.

They said both were in Times Square and kai looked lost. The old guy said "you lost or need help?"
