Kinda crosses history, outdoors and here, but dropping it here…
Love his stuff and their fate is pretty intertwined with a lot of US history and attitudes so it will be fascinating, but this may be a depressing watch for a lot of it.

Nice. The intro sequence for the West with the overhead shot of the lone bison running is burned into my childhood memory.

I've been waiting for this one since his Ben Franklin documentary came out.

I'll probably watch, but it will likely be somewhat depressing based on my limited knowledge of the subject. But if Peter Coyote is narrating, I'll definitely watch. Despite the bad Hollywood name, I'd listen to that guy read a phone book.

I would typically be pretty excited about this, but the pedantic jerk inside me might never be able to get over using the word buffalo in the title of a freaking documentary about American bison.

I'd assume it's pretty straightforward... Only taxonomy nerds really care if you call them Bison where 99% of people know them as Buffalo...
