Arnold has been doing that stuff all his career. Watch Pumping Iron and how he completely psyches out Lou Ferrigno. They say he's dumb but he's really quite cunning, especially when it comes to competition.

Yeah that's my favorite aspect of Pumping Iron. You kind of feel bad for Ferrigno but damn it's funny watching how Arnold just totally mindwhips him.
