Probably won't help you now but back in the mid-2000s, you could have booked pretty much any 80s hair band for about $5K. Especially after Great White and the Station nightclub fire.
These days, the prices are probably higher and unfortunately many of those musicians have passed.
And even if you did book somebody like - Dokken, Ratt, etc., most of the players aren't the ones from the era of their big hits. The frontman might be the same but the rest of the band has been replaced with soundalike 20 year olds. The music is on point but if you are a fan, it's not quite the same.
