I have 3. They are all over done and I lose interest in the work.

1. The supervisor that is a bumbling idiot and the hero or heroine succeeds in spite of their incompetent boss.
2. The jealous sibling that makes life difficult for the hero and usually turns on the hero.
3. The whole plot couldn't been resolved immediately if they just communicated with each other. Always seems so contrived to me.

I find that a lot of shows that do this typically jump the shark at some point.

Unarmed good guy/gal incapacitates bad guy with gun and runs away, leaving gun behind.

At this point I so over Every. Single. Person. in action movies being an expert martial artist.

I'm also over 110 lb females with no muscle tone out muscling guys twice their weight in fights. That's not me being sexist, just being a realist. And its why I loved the Batman/Catwoman scene in The Batman when Catwoman tried to fight him straight up and he just easily slammed her on a table.

Someone getting punched and now they are "dead" for purposes of the action sequence.

When people can just pull a necklace right off someone's neck.

When people just spit out toothpaste and walk away without rinsing.

Enhancing security camera footage.

When all the members of the NCIS/CSI/Detective/SWAT team finish each other's sentence for no reason about stuff that cannot happen in a matter of minutes or hours or even days.

Person A: This evidence proves the "unsub" is the guy...
Person B: ...because his car passed through the toll booth...
Person C: ...just as the cell towers triangulated his position...
Person D: ...and his DNA was left on the weapon at the scene...
Person A: ...which we were able to verify all within 20 minutes. Exactly!

As someone married to a 120 lb 2-stripe Brown Belt in BJ, I can confidently say she would absolutely ruin the vast majority of men twice her size. I've both seen it up close and been on the receiving end.

There is never a shell in the chamber of any pump shotgun even if someone has already been shooting the gun. If someone is held a gunpoint they always have to work the pump and no shell is ejected.
