Thinking about going to Dosey Doe to see Ricky Skaggs with my wife.

We've never been there and saw mixed reviews.

Looking for feedback from your experience there.

Great venue to hear some music. Saw several acts there. Been a few years though. If you can't get one of the tables in front of the stage, the upstairs isn't bad.

If you want to see a great show there by a Aggie, Seth James is playing there in the next few weeks. Maybe end of March. I think my wife already got us tickets, are at least she is going to if she hasn't already. Maybe she said the 31'st.

Been a few times and enjoy the venue.

Ticket prices are outrageous for the known acts. I know it includes a meal but I really don't want to munch down on a chicken fried steak while taking in a concert.

Obstructed view is $138 per tickets that night.

Saw Jackopierce in January. Actually like the upstairs. Agreed that prices are high but it's an intimate venue.

It's one of my dad's favorite venues and I think it's a fun experience. Have always enjoyed going to shows with him there.

If the reviews are mixed, the reviewers are idiots. Criticize prices all you want, fine. The venue itself is awesome.

Great venue for a show.
Food has been great every time I've gone. The roast their own coffee, so you can't go wrong that either!
Acoustics are great. Small, intimate room.

everything said above is correct. It can be very high priced but it is an excellent music LISTENING venue with great acoustics. I've seen Mark Chesnutt and Crystal Gayle there. i almost balked at paying the price but it was worth it both times.
