What are some songs you go years without hearing, and when you hear it again, you start binging it?

I've been in a 90's mood recently, so started creating a playlist of stuff I used to listen to in HS, and found several songs I had forgotten about and am now listening to them non-stop.

Bittersweet - Fuel
Doin' Time - Sublime
Bound for the Floor - Local H
Fall Down - Toad the Wet Sprocket
Supersonic - Oasis
Role Model - Eminem

The 90s really did have some great music, even some of the pop stuff that closed out the decade.

I love when a TV show will dig up a song that I haven't heard since i was much younger or a kid. The second season of Mindhunters busted out Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street" and I've had it on replay for more than a year.

The last time I remember this happening to me was randomly coming across a track from Kerplunk!, by Green Day, and immediately having to listen to that entire album for the first time in probably years. For me, it was an entire album thing though, if I had to choose one track, it would be Christie Road. Still would have to be my favorite Green Day album.

First of all, I'd like to acknowledge how hurtful that all the "new" songs I grew up listening to are now "old."

I love when my 5th graders asked me if I know "this old song" and it's from like 2007.

Whenever I start looking for new music, I inevitably end up just diving deeper into older stuff.

Guns n Roses on classic rock channels, and GnR is still new music to me.

The TV series, "Chuck" was great for rediscovering older songs.

And of course, the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies.

I've been on a crooners kick for awhile now. Tons of great old songs from artists like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Doris Day, etc., etc.

The greatest country duet of all time…sung by two pop artists.

"Little Willy" by Sweet was on a show a few years ago. I had totally forgotten about it.
