I doubt they do it anymore, but once upon a time Starbucks used to have little cards of a "song of the month" with a code so you could download for free from iTunes.

That's how I discovered "Bushwick Blues" by Delta Spirit.

I downloaded the song and loved it. I've followed the band ever since.

I actually found this slow, acoustic version of the song years later and played it all the time. Tough for me to pick which one I like more.
