This special was fantastic. It brought back floods of memories of sitting in the den as a child with the family on Saturday nights watching Carol, Vicki, Harvey, Tim, and Lyle. So many hilarious skits, and great vocal performances.

I laughed a lot watching all the old clips and the program brought a tear to my eye more than once, especially her signature sign off at the end. A great lady from an era long gone.

In a day and age when Hollywood overflows with politics, this program was a wonderful reminder of how good it can be when they leave it out.

One of the hilarious moments that they showed at the ceremony. Even Vicki Lawrence who was usually pretty good at holding it together broke at the end. I don't know how they were able to regularly pull this kind of stuff off live, especially when Conway started ad-libbing, but it sure made for some funny moments.

Vicki Lawrence was sneaky hot and you certainly couldn't tell when they had her dressed up as frumpy ugly Mama but every once in a while they'd have her in a skit like this one and you were like whoa, Mama!
