love this.

is it the best show ever? no

but it has Arnold back with his trademark humor, death glares, hot Monica Barbaro (from Top Gun), and some good cinematography

dialogue is pretty good.

other than the fact I can't understand the young black sidekick who is the CIA IT guy (because all the CIA smartest tech wizards are young guys wearing hipster clothes and into kids cartoons)

they should have cast Arnold's daughter from "true lies" Eliza Dushko.

that would have been an epic power move

I watched about ten minutes of it before my wife sat down and we had to switch the channel to My 600lb Life. I was hoping it would be interesting to see Arnold on tv in a new role similar to Stallone on Tulsa King so I was a bit disappointed when it started off with a high-tech burglary/heist scene since that has been so overdone on film. I was hoping for something new.

I'll give it another shot and see if I like it since Succession is wrapping up I will need a new show.

I think everyone is bagging on this too much. Of course its not a terrifically scripted show like True Detective or Ted Lasso, but it's a fun entertaining show. It's a Netflix action series starring Arnold. What does everyone expect. Sometimes things just need to be fun.

It's pretty solid.

I can't wait for Season 2.

I liked the 'inside jokes', like his daughter mocking him for being Austrian and overbuilt.

It's worth it. the dialogue is quite snappy and Arnold does a very good job at playing the aggrieved father

I literally LOL'ed several times

not to mention in episode 3 the "Monica Barbero in underwear" scene

Dude was a baller young investor, in particular in real estate. No longer a fan, but the guy is legit smart to come to this country that young and get that rich so quickly.

Wife and I enjoy it. Doesn't seem it is meant to be anything else but an entertaining and cheesey flick. Fun for what it is.

This show reminded me of Alias. There is a big goal but each episode was a smaller goal that lead to the big goal, steal something from a casino, secure this, or get this piece of equipment. It was meh overall.

Gotcha, pretty impressive. Any wealth his Nazi father may have accumulated may very well have been confiscated after the war.

Crazy how Arnold actually acts more and more like a Nazi in his older age. I know it can't be genetic, but his father must have left a mark.

Agree it just needs to be fun, but at the same time not border on ridiculous. Some parts of the show are over the border ridiculous.

I keep trying to watch and get disinterested and switch to something else. Show seems to have a lot of potential but they're wasting it.

I agree with the True Lies feel. My wife and I watched the entire season and will definitely watch another.

Loved the Twins joke in one of the later episodes.
