It takes a little bit of effort to find all the seasons (think I had to go to 3 different streaming sites to find them earlier this year) but Party Down South is a great one too. It's a redneck version of Jersey Shore.

I really enjoyed The Circle on Netflix. Seems trashy on the surface but has a fun strategy component to it and watching the catfish try to act like other people is very interesting.

I am not sure if it meets your Trash TV listing, but there is NOOO way I am watching it.
